Meet Robin Anderson
Robin J. Anderson was born in the Acres Homes Community located on the north side of Houston, Texas. Robin is no stranger to hard work and public service. As the son of a retired Aldine teacher and Metro bus driver, Robin learned that your independent thought and service to the community is what continues to unite it. Robin attended Prairie View A&M University to study political science. In college, Robin served as an active member of several student-centered leadership organizations.
Robin J. Anderson served as Vice President of the Acres Homes Super Neighborhood for four incredible years. He currently serves as treasurer and board member of the Gulf Coast Community Services Association and is the founder of Give From the Heart organization. He volunteers in the community regularly at civic centers, nursing homes, and schools. Robin is an early architect of the Acres Home Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Being a father of three children, Robin is aware of the individual and family needs of the district. Robin wants families to feel safe while having an economy that thrives.
